PAMI is committed to providing the highest level of quality and service, and works with clients to consistently deliver results that meet or exceed their requirements and expectations.

To demonstrate its commitment to achieving this standard, PAMI has achieved and maintains International Standard ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Requirements and International Standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005, General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories. PAMI is accredited Laboratory No. 658 under Standards Council of Canada, Scope of Accreditation (See: http://www.scc.ca/en/programs-services/laboratories). These two International Standards work in conjunction and comprise a series of elements focused on delivering a consistent level of high-quality service and repeatable test results to clients in all aspects of PAMI’s operations.

All PAMI staff members are responsible for quality, and all processes performed at the laboratory are subject to a strict internal audit program, which is performed by approved, trained, quality professionals. PAMI also undergoes external audits each year by external registered auditing organizations.

All PAMI personnel participate in a training program that focuses on all aspects of the process: safety, quality and process controls. Training programs are regularly reviewed to ensure they are adequate, and management actively seeks to improve the competence of PAMI personnel. This enhances our ability to consistently deliver services and products that meet or exceed our client’s expectations.
